I am looking for a video where Prof Ackoff discusses a crisis in London bus system (drivers vs fare collectors) and applies system thinking to solve it. Would anyone know how I can acquire such video? I have been searching for it on the web, but have been unsuccessful. Any help is greatly welcome.
